Landslide Blocks Aankhukhaireni-Muglin Road

The Aankhukhaireni–Muglin road has been blocked due to a dry landslide near the powerhouse area in Ward 4 of Aankhukhaireni Rural Municipality. Deputy Superintendent of Police Shravan Kumar Bik from the District Police Office stated that efforts are underway to clear the landslide and resume traffic on the highway. On 24th Baisakh, in Damauli (Tanahun), the road was obstructed after the landslide occurred near the powerhouse area of Ward 4 in Aankhukhaireni Rural Municipality. According to DSP Bik, efforts are ongoing to remove the debris and reopen the highway.
