Navaraj Thokar Appointed Acting President of Ramechhap Congress Following Kanchharam’s Suspension

Navaraj Thokar (Tamang) has been assigned the role of acting president of the Nepali Congress in Ramechhap district. The central disciplinary committee has suspended the district president, Purn Bahadur Tamang (Kanchharam). He was suspended due to his failure to provide a satisfactory explanation regarding unfounded allegations made against President Gagan Thapa. Kathmandu, 25th Baisakh.

Since Thursday, President Thapa has delegated the responsibility of acting president to Thokar. Following the party’s 15th general convention schedule, Thokar has been instructed to focus on organizational tasks and the management of daily operations.
