One Dead, One Injured After Motorcycle Collides with Bicycle in Sarlahi

In a collision that occurred in Raitherkhor, Ward No. 2 of Ishwarpur Municipality, Sarlahi, a motorcycle struck a bicycle, resulting in one death and one injury. The Indian-registered motorcycle bearing number BR 30 E 6902, traveling from Myankhor towards Sukanahat, collided with a bicycle coming from the opposite direction around 8:15 PM on Monday night.

The cyclist, Kisun Dev Sah, was critically injured and taken to Malangwa Provincial Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him deceased. The 14-year-old rear passenger on the motorcycle, Bikky Kumar Raut, sustained minor injuries and is currently receiving medical care, according to police reports.

The motorcycle rider, Manish Sah, has been taken into police custody following the accident. Further investigations are ongoing by the District Police Office of Sarlahi.
