Swastishree Gurukul Football Team Departs for France
Swastishree Gurukul IB World School officially sent off its football team heading to Paris, France, to participate in the upcoming World Games. The team includes seven players along with coach Pushpa Bisht, among whom is Sakshat Nepal. With the competition starting on July 7, the players are scheduled to leave for France on July 5.
The Swastishree Gurukul football team is set to compete at the Paris World Games commencing July 7. The team was bid farewell on Sunday with best wishes for their participation. The squad members include: Sakshat Nepal, Wangdu Dorje Gurung, Shriyansh Shrestha, Arnavraj Bharti, Ahwan Shakya, Bihan Khadgi, and Lisan Shrestha.
The football competition will take place from July 7 to July 10. Attending the farewell event were Elsa Cayali, Deputy Chief of Mission at the French Embassy, Ramkrishna Chitrakar, Chairperson of the school, Managing Director Mina Maharjan, Principal Neha KC, and other dignitaries. The Swastishree football team, representing Nepal at the international level, was wished great success in their endeavors.
