T20 Series Between Nepal and India ‘A’ Teams to Be Held in Kirtipur
The Cricket Association of Nepal has decided to organize a three-match T20 international series between Nepal and India ‘A’ teams. The series will take place at the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on December 9, 11, and 13, 2026. This arrangement was agreed upon during a meeting between officials from the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) at the ICC conference held in Scotland.
Kathmandu, 26 Ashadh – The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) is set to host a three-match T20 international series featuring the Nepal and India ‘A’ teams. According to a statement issued by CAN, the matches will be held at the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on December 9, 11, and 13, 2026. The decision to hold this series was finalized following discussions between CAN President Chaturbahadur Chand, Secretary Paras Khadka, and BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia during the recent ICC conference in Scotland. This T20 series between Nepal and India ‘A’ teams is expected to provide Nepalese cricket with a platform for high-level competition. Furthermore, it represents an important opportunity for players from both teams to gain valuable international experience.
