Modi Government Ready to Meet Two Demands of Cockroach Janata Party

August 24, Kathmandu – The Indian government has shown readiness to meet two demands put forth by the protesting Cockroach Janata Party (CJP). According to CJP spokesperson Anshutosh Ranka, the Narendra Modi-led government has agreed in principle to address the demands raised by the protesters. “The government has expressed theoretical agreement to compensate families affected by the NEET exam paper leak case and to refrain from taking any punitive action against the protesters,” Ranka conveyed via X.

On Friday, Ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh from the Modi government held talks with CJP representatives at the Vitthal Bhai Patel House in Delhi. During the discussions, Ranka also informed the government about the public’s dissatisfaction. Furthermore, he stated that the CJP spokesperson clearly communicated that the anger and dissatisfaction among the Indian public will not subside until Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns. According to reports, the government negotiation team has requested time until tomorrow concerning Minister Pradhan’s resignation. CJP founder Abhijeet Deepke, speaking to Indian media, warned that if Education Minister Pradhan does not resign, the party would demand Prime Minister Modi’s resignation.
