Drone Attack in Moscow Region Leaves Five Dead

Overnight drone strikes in the Moscow region have resulted in the deaths of five people and injuries to six others. Andrei Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, reported that the air defense forces successfully thwarted the drone attack.

Governor Vorobyov stated on the Max Platform, “This morning, the air defense forces successfully repelled a drone strike in the Moscow region. Unfortunately, casualties were sustained during the incident. Preliminary information confirms that five people have died and six others were injured. All the affected individuals are receiving necessary medical assistance. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the families and relatives of the deceased.”
