Ncell Business Launches ‘CloudSuite’ Service Offering Web Hosting and Domain Services on One Platform
Ncell has officially launched the ‘Ncell Business CloudSuite’ service targeting businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs. Through this platform, customers can register domains and purchase website hosting services, making payments in Nepali currency. Dion Ascencio, Chief Enterprise Business Officer at Ncell, stated that this service will help strengthen the digital presence of Nepali businesses. Kathmandu, 26th Shrawan – Ncell has introduced the ‘Ncell Business CloudSuite’ service aimed at businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, and various organizations.
This locally supported platform enables customers to obtain domain registration and professional web hosting services from a single source. With Nepali businesses undergoing digital transformation, and the growing need for accessible and manageable web infrastructure within the country, Ncell developed this service to meet those demands. Via CloudSuite, customers can register domains, host websites, and manage their online presence. The platform includes features such as domain renewal, transfer assistance, DNS management, domain forwarding, subdomain management, and centralized domain administration.
Ncell offers various web hosting options tailored to different business needs and stages of growth. By eliminating the requirement to pay for international hosting services in foreign currency, customers can now pay fees in Nepali rupees, the company added. CloudSuite is available in two packages: Basic and Pro. The Basic package, priced at NPR 1,000 per month, includes 3 GB shared storage, professional email accounts, SSL certification, automatic backup, and security features. The Pro package, priced at NPR 2,000 per month, provides increased storage and data transfer, up to 20 professional email accounts, 10 databases, up to five subdomains, SSL certification, automatic backup, and security features.
Ncell has confirmed that data hosted through the Ncell Business CloudSuite will reside within Nepal. This allows businesses to keep their website data and digital assets securely inside the country. According to the company, hosting data locally also gives businesses greater control over their data and facilitates compliance with regulatory requirements. Dion Ascencio emphasized that CloudSuite will assist Nepali enterprises in building a robust and professional digital presence. He explained that a domain name and reliable web hosting are fundamental requirements for a digital journey. By combining local infrastructure, payments in Nepali currency, and domestic data hosting, the service aims to provide businesses with enhanced confidence and control as they transition digitally.
