Aimal Khan Pledges ‘Player of the Match’ Prize Money to Flood Victims

Sagarmatha Smashers emerged victorious in the first match of the Nepal Volleyball League, with Aimal Khan named Player of the Match. Aimal Khan has announced that she will donate her prize money of NPR 20,000 from the Player of the Match award to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support flood victims. All Sagarmatha players promoted awareness by displaying a QR code of the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund on their jerseys during the opening match.

On September 19, in Kathmandu, the Nepal Volleyball League (NVL) kicked off with Sagarmatha Smashers securing a winning start. Pakistani player Aimal Khan, honored as Player of the Match, committed to donating her NPR 20,000 prize money to assist those impacted by flooding through the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
