How Losing Sight Gave Me a New Perspective Through Boxing

‘I lost my vision, and boxing gave me a sense of self-control,’ said Adam Solon, who became visually impaired during his teenage years. This was a major shock for him. He began eating excessively and became mentally distressed and unhealthy. Subsequently, he developed various ‘negative thoughts.’ Later, he recalled practicing boxing when he was younger. He started searching for a local gym where he could resume boxing training. Due to safety regulations, he cannot participate in competitive boxing matches. However, he loves boxing and wants to help others with disabilities get involved in sports. He is followed by a large number of people on social media, where he shares his message with many.
