Nepal Premier League 2026 Dates Announced: Scheduled from Kartik 9 to Mangsir 5

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced that the third edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) will be held from Kartik 9 to Mangsir 5. CAN Secretary Paras Khadka, in a press release, stated that NPL 2026 will take place from October 26 to November 21. The player auction for the league has already been completed, and currently, teams are in the process of contracting foreign players. Kathmandu, 23 Shrawan – The dates for NPL 2026 have been officially released. CAN declared on Saturday evening that the third edition of the NPL is scheduled to be conducted from Kartik 9 to Mangsir 5. “NPL 2026 will be held from October 26 to November 21,” said CAN Secretary Paras Khadka in an official statement. While the auction for players has concluded, teams have begun signing foreign recruits. The announced schedule places the league between the Dashain and Tihar festivals, with Tihar falling during this period. Previously, NPL was organized after Tihar, during the Mangsir month.
