Nepal Cricket Team Undergoes Major Overhaul Including Change of Captain

CAN’s Cricket Director Vinod Das stated, “We have not been able to perform as expected in the ODI cycle.”

In League 2, Nepal has secured 11 wins and 2 no-result matches out of 32 games, accumulating 24 points and standing seventh among eight teams. Questions had arisen about team leadership due to Nepal’s recent subpar performances in 50-over cricket. Sandeep Lamichhane has been reinstated as the ODI captain.
