Ravindra Dhant Defeats Kasib, Advances to Road to UFC Final

Nepali fighter Ravindra Dhant secured his place in the Road to UFC final by defeating New Zealand’s Kasib Murdak at Octagon in Shanghai, China. Kathmandu, September 28.

The three-round bout concluded with a split decision in favor of Dhant. The first judge scored the fight 29-28 for Dhant, the second judge gave 29-28 to Kasib, while the third judge awarded 29-28 to Dhant, declaring him the winner.

Dhant will now face Ryo Tajima in the final match. Tajima secured his spot by defeating India’s Chunggren Koren in the semifinal. The winner of the final will earn a selection opportunity in the UFC.
