Individuals Search for Belongings After Devastating Flood in Trishuli River

On September 25, the catastrophic floods in the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers caused severe damage to thousands of homes. People who narrowly escaped the flood are now gradually returning to search for useful belongings amid the ruins of their destroyed houses.

According to Shaktimaya Tamang and Ashok Dahal from Nuwakot, the flood inflicted widespread devastation, and affected individuals are facing difficulties in locating their lost possessions. They are making efforts to recover items that the floodwaters swept away.
