Barcelona Secures Convincing 5-0 Victory Over Valencia with Dembele Scoring Twice

Lamine Yamal scored twice to lead Barcelona to a comprehensive 5-0 victory over Valencia in the Spanish La Liga. Yamal netted goals in the 6th and 84th minutes, while Ferran Lopez, Rafinha, and Pedri also found the back of the net. Playing at Valencia’s home ground, Yamal opened the scoring in the 6th minute, giving Barcelona an early lead. He then scored his second and the team’s fifth goal in the 84th minute. An earlier goal by Yamal in the 8th minute was disallowed by VAR. Ferran Lopez added a goal in the 22nd minute, captain Rafinha scored in the 50th minute, and Pedri contributed another goal in the 79th minute. Barcelona has made an excellent start to the new season, emerging as the only team with a perfect winning record. Real Madrid and Real Betis follow closely with nine points each from the same number of matches.
