Min Bahadur Fails to Secure Medal at 20th Asian Games

At the ongoing 20th Asian Games in Japan, Min Bahadur Tamang was defeated 2-0 by Saudi Arabia’s Abdulaziz Al Basher Bisoud in the men’s kumite 60 kg weight category, losing the chance to win a medal. With Min Bahadur’s loss, Nepal’s prospect of medaling in this weight class ended.

Earlier, in the men’s kumite 55 kg category, Rakesh Mandhar was eliminated after a 9-1 defeat to Malaysia’s Thevendran Kaliyana Sundaram.
