Water Scarcity and Safe Water Use Measures in Flood-Affected Areas

How can drinking water be obtained and used safely in flood-affected areas? The floods in the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers during the month of Bhadra have caused significant damage to water sources and distribution pipelines in many settlements across Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading districts. Following the disaster, local residents are facing considerable challenges in securing safe and clean water.
