According to the committee’s secretariat, feedback from experts is being collected on the draft rules of the House of Representatives. The ongoing discussion at Singha Durbar focuses on preparing the rules to effectively manage the House within a transformed context. Committee members have expressed the need to amend many provisions of the current rules and have sought expert recommendations to that effect. Former Secretary General of the Parliament Secretariat, Manohar Bhattarai, along with various experts, are participating in the meeting.
