Woman Dies After House Collapses in Rautahat Due to Fierce Storm

A 35-year-old woman died after her house collapsed during a severe storm on Monday evening in Brindaban Municipality-7, Rautahat. Phool Kumari Devi, who had been injured, passed away while receiving treatment at Better Nepal Hospital in Garuda, according to police reports.

The house that collapsed belonged to Phool Kumari Devi from Dhamauratol, Brindaban Municipality-7, Rautahat. Rohit Kumar Sharma Badhei, the acting information officer of the District Police Office, stated that the roof tiles and bamboo beams of a single-story mud house owned by Rai were destroyed by the storm, resulting in her death.
