He made these remarks during the inauguration of the Lumbini Provincial Youth Conference 2083 held at the provincial capital Rapti Valley (Deukhuri).
Chief Minister Acharya noted that the upcoming budget and programs will be prepared based on the policy, aiming to make youth-oriented plans and initiatives more effective. He urged the youth to remain aware of their responsibilities, emphasizing that rights alone are not enough.
