They have established 31 departments to organize the party structure. Department heads were handed their responsibilities at an event held in Kathmandu on Sunday, with Rana and Prasain jointly conducting the handover.

The organizers informed that several departments have been formed including the Party Unity Task Force, Performance Task Force, and Negotiation Task Force. Prominent figures such as Mukundshyam Giri, Sagun Sundar Lawati, Raju Acharya, Dhanashwar Shahi, Khadga Jisi, Ishwariprasad Bhattarai, Keshwaraj Shrestha, Dr. Mahendrajung Shah, and Dilbikaas Rajbhandari are among those involved.
