Drone Attack in Horlivka Injures 18 Civilians, Including a Teenager
File photo: A drone attack by Ukrainian forces in Horlivka has resulted in injuries to 18 civilians, including a teenager. Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), shared information about the incident on social media. The attack targeted a passenger bus in Horlivka, injuring a teenager born in 2008, as well as three men and eleven women.
During efforts to extinguish fires caused by the nighttime drone strike, one emergency responder was also injured. The injured rescuer is an employee of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. Additionally, two other men in central Horlivka sustained injuries.
The attack also caused damage to four civilian infrastructure facilities. According to Pushilin, the damage extended to a bus in both Horlivka and Yasynuvata, as well as emergency vehicles and trucks.
