With all eight participating teams having played 7 matches each, these three teams share the top spot by securing 13 points apiece.

After the league was not held last year, the Army, who did not participate previously, qualified for HJNBL this time by winning the Linning Basketball Championship. Demonstrating an outstanding performance, Army has maintained the top position throughout the phase.
