Three Killed in Israeli Airstrikes in Southern Lebanon

Two people were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Deir Kifa town in southern Lebanon. An Israeli drone struck the Islamic Health Institution, injuring three doctors. According to Lebanese media, several others were also wounded in the attack.

The national news agency reported that the Israeli airstrike in Deir Kifa, located in the Bint Jbeil district, resulted in two deaths and one injury. The three injured individuals were taken to hospital for treatment. Another attack in Adshit town of Nabatieh district caused one fatality.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah announced a retaliatory attack against Israeli forces in the Wadi al-Jamal area. This clash occurred despite the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon that has been in effect since April 16.
