23 Individuals Arrested with Illegal Drugs Across Multiple Districts

During routine patrols, police apprehended 23 individuals found in possession of illegal drugs in various locations including Kathmandu, Jhapa, and Chitwan. The police team conducting regular patrols arrested 23 people from different parts of the country. According to the Central Police Information Desk, 11 were arrested in Kathmandu, 6 in Jhapa, 2 in Chitwan, and one each in Siraha, Udayapur, Dang, and Kailali. Authorities seized brown heroin, marijuana, and prescription drugs like tramadol, diazepam, phenergan, and buprenorphine from their possession.
