24 Jestha, Dhankuta – Prakashchandra Pariyar, central committee member and spokesperson of the federal parliamentary party Raswapa, said that the party no longer has any personal or political conflicts with older political parties. According to him, Raswapa’s struggle against poverty, inequality, corruption, and unemployment will persist.

Addressing Raswapa’s district convention in Dhankuta’s Tundikhel on Sunday, Pariyar accused the old parties of being stuck in outdated mindsets, arrogance, and unhealthy competition.

“We have no personal or political fight anymore with the old parties who have repeatedly been penalized by the people,” he said. “We do not have the luxury to waste time insulting or competing with them. The Nepali people have already judged their behavior.”

He also said Raswapa continues its struggle against the intermediary systems that maintain citizens’ conditions unchanged under the guise of systemic change. “We have come to change the country by working, not by insulting. We have not come to cultivate empty promises but to bring direct change in people’s lives,” he added.

Pariyar emphasized that Raswapa’s principal battle is against deeply rooted poverty, inequality, discrimination, corruption, and unemployment in society. He mentioned that the struggle will continue until farmers in Dhankuta receive fair prices for oranges, vegetables, and milk, and until youth are no longer forced to seek employment abroad.

“Our fight will not cease until people no longer lose lives due to lack of basic healthcare and corrupt practices that loot the state treasury persist,” he asserted.

Targeting the upcoming local and provincial elections, Pariyar has urged party workers to engage actively in a campaign to make Dhankuta vibrant and resonant. He claimed that the responsibility to initiate a new political era from Dhankuta rests on the shoulders of Raswapa’s leaders and activists.
