All-Party Meeting Underway at Singha Durbar

May 8, Kathmandu – An all-party meeting is currently underway at Singha Durbar. The meeting was convened at the invitation of Ravi Lamichhane, Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

Chairman Lamichhane called the meeting to discuss current political issues, inviting political parties represented in Parliament. The gathering is taking place in the Public Accounts Committee Hall under the Federal Parliament Secretariat at Singha Durbar.

Party chairpersons or two delegates from political parties represented in the House of Representatives and National Assembly were invited. However, the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, and CPN (Unified Socialist) did not send their party leaders. Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden has attended the meeting.

Meanwhile, the Labour Culture Party, led by Harka Sampang Rai, has boycotted the meeting completely.
