Couple Reaches Empire State Building Pinnacle for Engagement Proposal

Watch this couple who ascended to the top of a 443-meter-tall building for their engagement. They climbed to the spire above the 443-meter structure and unfurled a large banner conveying a message of peace. After one partner got down on one knee to propose, they descended from the top. The couple remained at the building’s pinnacle for at least 10 minutes. Authorities later took the two Russian nationals into custody.
