Subash and Shukra to Compete in Coal Indian Open Golf Tournament

Nepali golfers Subash Tamang and Shukrabahadur Rai are set to participate in the Coal Indian Open Golf Tournament, which will be held in Kolkata, India. The competition will take place from August 11 to 14, with a total prize fund of 10 million Indian Rupees. The tournament will feature 130 golfers from various countries, including Nepal.

Both Subash and Shukra will compete in this event, conducted under the DP World Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI). The 72-hole tournament will be held at the Tollygunge Sports Ground in Kolkata. Additionally, Subash is preparing to take part in the 20th Asian Games scheduled for September-October in Japan. Last week, Subash narrowly missed qualifying by one stroke at the J&K Open Golf tournament held in Srinagar, India.
