This issue affected some users temporarily but has now been fully resolved. Kamal Lamichhane, spokesperson for Nepal Telecom, confirmed the technical problem and stated that the technical team is investigating the cause. ‘Our technical team is working to identify the cause. The disruption lasted for about 10 minutes,’ he said.
