Deepal Nebo Q05 Electric SUV Launched in Nepal at 4.7 Million NPR (With Video)

September 23, Kathmandu – The new electric vehicle ‘Nebo Q05’ from Chinese automobile manufacturer Changan’s premium sub-brand Nebo has been launched in the Nepalese market. MAW Vridhi, the official distributor of Changan in Nepal, has unveiled the Deepal Nebo Q05.

The vehicle was introduced at an event held on Sunday. MAW Vridhi chairman Vishnu Agrawal announced that with the introduction of Nebo Q05, MAW Nepal is set to enter the country’s largest automobile segment. Having maintained the number one spot in China for four consecutive months, Agrawal expressed confidence that this vehicle will establish new standards of technology, comfort, and luxury in Nepal.

He stated, “Our goal is not just to sell cars; our top priority is to bring smiles to our customers’ faces.”

“Selling cars alone is not significant for us; ensuring customer happiness and providing excellent after-sales service is our foremost priority. We maintain spare parts inventory worth over seventy million NPR and a 24/7 helpline to ensure our customers always feel secure,” Agrawal added.

At the event, Kelvin, Southeast Asia Regional Manager of Changan International, stated that this car was built not just to compete with rivals in its segment but to push the boundaries of progress.

“People who drive this vehicle always want to be the best. Nepal has shown the world the meaning of ‘excellence,’ and we bring this excellence to you on four wheels. Let us all rise together,” said Kelvin.

Two Variants Priced at NPR 4.699 Million and NPR 4.999 Million:

The company is offering the Nebo Q05 in two variants: Max and Ultra. The Max is priced at NPR 4,699,000 and the Ultra at NPR 4,999,000. These prices are valid during the NADA Auto Show period. After the Auto Show, the Max variant’s price will increase to NPR 4,899,000 and the Ultra to NPR 5,199,000.

Launched with the slogan ‘A Class Above,’ this vehicle promises to set new benchmarks in comfort, design, and technology. After the success of Deepal’s other models in Nepal, these variants introduced represent the new generation of electric vehicles.

The Nebo Q05 comes equipped with a 120 kW motor and a 52 kWh ‘Golden Shield 2.0’ battery. The company claims that the vehicle can travel up to 462 kilometers on a full single charge.

This SUV’s design was created in Italy and won the Gold Medal at the ‘A-Design Award.’ Based on the ‘Clouds and Sophia’ concept, its exterior is visually appealing and the interior exceptionally luxurious.

With a wheelbase of 2.73 meters and length of 4.54 meters, the cabin offers ample space. The seats utilize 9-layer cushions, and 80% of the cabin is made of soft-touch materials.

The vehicle features sound insulation at 67 points, which significantly reduces external noise inside the cabin, ensuring a peaceful journey.

For safety, the Q05 is installed with 18 smart driving systems. It provides a 360-degree view around the vehicle and uses ‘transparent chassis’ technology to display the road beneath the car on its screen.

The SUV has the capability to automatically apply brakes and steer if there is an object or pedestrian ahead or behind. Through a mobile application, users can monitor the vehicle’s charging status, adjust cabin temperature, and track its location.

To ensure customer confidence, MAW Vridhi offers Nepal’s longest warranty for this vehicle. It comes with a five-year vehicle warranty and an 11-year or 300,000 km (whichever comes first) warranty on the battery and drivetrain.
