Donald Trump Criticizes European NATO Allies for Weak Military Capabilities

Kathmandu, August 7 – US President Donald Trump stated that the military capabilities of European NATO allies based in Washington are weak. Speaking at an event near Las Vegas, Nevada, Trump criticized the current administration for jeopardizing the condition of the US military. He also accused the previous administration of not providing sufficient resources to other countries.

Trump commented, “If you give everything away, you lose a lot. $350 billion is a huge amount.” He did not specify exactly where the funds were spent but claimed that the Biden administration transferred weapons equivalent to $350 billion to Ukraine. Trump added that European countries have ample financial resources and are both ready to buy and pay for all necessary equipment. “They don’t have strong military power because they have depended on us for a long time. I told them—you need to end this dependency,” he said.
