On Monday, Nepal defeated the Hobart Hurricanes Academy by 39 runs. Defending a target of 155 runs, Hobart was dismissed for 115 runs in 18.3 overs.
Nitesh Samuel was the top scorer for Hobart with 37 runs. Tim Ward contributed 23 runs, while Nivethan Radhakrishnan added 20 runs. Nepal’s Narayan Joshi took 3 wickets, Pawan Sarraf and Shahab Alam took 2 wickets each, and Bipin Khatri claimed 1 wicket.
Batting first, Nepal A scored 154 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
