Ncell Partners with Medicity Hospital to Offer Free Doctor Consultation Services to Customers

Ncell and Nepal Medicity Hospital have entered into a partnership to provide free doctor consultation services for Ncell customers. Customers who purchase packages or rental services worth NPR 299 or more can access free outpatient doctor consultations. Additionally, those who opt for packages or rental services priced between NPR 99 and NPR 299 will receive a 20% discount on doctor consultation fees.

Kathmandu, 25 August — Aiming to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable, Ncell and Nepal Medicity Hospital have launched a new partnership providing free doctor consultation services to Ncell customers. Under this initiative, customers subscribing to packages or rental services priced at NPR 299 or above will be eligible for complimentary outpatient consultations at Nepal Medicity Hospital.

At the ceremony held on Tuesday, Upang Dutta, Chief Customer Business Officer of Ncell, and Dr. Amit Tomar, Chief Executive Officer of the hospital, signed the agreement. Dutta stated, “By integrating Nepal Medicity’s healthcare services with Ncell’s packages, we aim to offer enhanced benefits to our mobile service users, including free doctor consultations and discounted consultation fees.”

As part of the partnership, customers must log in to the Ncell app and select Nepal Medicity Hospital under the Partnered Services section. The app will automatically display the service details available to eligible customers. Hospital officials and Dr. Tomar emphasized, “This collaboration not only increases access to medical services but also plays a crucial role in delivering quality, inclusive, and affordable healthcare across communities nationwide through coordination between corporate and health institutions.”
