Today’s Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies

September 11, Kathmandu – The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the exchange rates for foreign currencies for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US Dollar is NPR 151.88, while the selling rate is NPR 152.48.

For the European Euro, the buying rate is NPR 176.54 and the selling rate is NPR 177.24 per Euro. The buying rate for one British Pound Sterling is NPR 205.52, with a selling rate of NPR 206.33. The Swiss Franc’s buying rate is NPR 187.37, and the selling rate is NPR 188.11.

The Australian Dollar is set at NPR 109.59 for buying and NPR 110.01 for selling. One Canadian Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 110.17 and selling rate of NPR 110.61. The Singapore Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 120.05, with a selling rate of NPR 120.52.

For the Japanese Yen, the buying rate for 10 Yen is NPR 9.88 and the selling rate is NPR 9.92. The Chinese Yuan stands at NPR 22.64 for buying and NPR 22.73 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 40.45 and selling rate of NPR 40.61. The Qatari Riyal’s buying rate is NPR 41.67 and selling rate NPR 41.83.

The central bank sets the Thai Baht’s buying rate at NPR 4.62 and selling rate at NPR 4.63 for one Baht. The UAE Dirham has a buying rate of NPR 41.35 and selling rate of NPR 41.52, whereas the Malaysian Ringgit’s buying rate is NPR 37.32 and selling rate NPR 37.47.

For the South Korean Won, the buying rate for 100 Won is NPR 11.34 and the selling rate NPR 11.39. The Swedish Krona is set at NPR 15.82 for buying and NPR 15.88 for selling, while the Danish Krona’s buying rate is NPR 23.62 and selling rate NPR 23.71.

The Nepal Rastra Bank also specifies the buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 19.37, with a selling rate of NPR 19.44. The Kuwaiti Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 495.29 and selling rate of NPR 497.24. The Bahraini Dinar’s buying rate is NPR 402.84 with a selling rate of NPR 404.43. The Omani Riyal is set at NPR 394.49 for buying and NPR 396.05 for selling.

The buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is NPR 160, and the selling rate is NPR 160.15. The central bank has noted that these exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary. Exchange rates fixed by commercial banks may vary, and updated rates are available on the central bank’s official website.
