Russian Drone Attack Hits Ukrainian Train on Route Used by European Officials

A Russian drone struck a Ukrainian train near the Ukraine-Poland border shortly after British former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and top European security officials had traveled on the same route. The drone impacted the train’s engine, but Ukrainian authorities report no casualties so far. All passengers were safely evacuated before the drone crashed.

Johnson and other European national security advisers were returning from a conference held in Kyiv and had traveled on this railway line, though they were on a different train at the time of the attack.
