Why Are Half the Seats Empty in Parliament?

Speaking at Wednesday’s House of Representatives session, Sampang stated, ‘Even today, nearly half of the seats here are empty. This Parliament should not tolerate a situation where those who want to attend come, and those who do not want to come simply abstain. I urge the Speaker to consider this matter seriously.’
