Asian Games Women’s Cricket Qualifier: Nepal to Bat First Against Malaysia

May 29, Kathmandu – In the Asian Games women’s cricket qualifier, Nepal is set to face Malaysia in the semifinals. After winning the toss at the Biomass Oval in Malaysia, Nepal has chosen to bat first. A victory in this match will secure Nepal’s spot in the Asian Games. In the other semifinal, Thailand defeated China to advance to the final and has also confirmed their qualification for the Asian Games. Prior to the qualifier, Nepal played two T20 International matches against Malaysia, winning both.
