June 26, Kathmandu – During the FIFA World Cup 2026 match, Turkey gained the lead over the United States.

Orkun Kökçü scored in the 31st minute, giving Turkey a 2–1 advantage.

Earlier, the United States had taken the lead in the third minute thanks to a goal by Austin Trusty.

Then, in the 10th minute, Arda Güler scored for Turkey, leveling the match.
