US Vice President Harris Affirms EB-1 Visa Is Not a Fraudulent Scheme

US Vice President Kamala Harris has stated that the EB-1 visa is a program specifically designed for individuals with extraordinary abilities. She emphasized that the visa is not intended for fraudsters. Vice President Harris made these remarks during an event focused on safeguarding US taxpayers’ funds. She also mentioned that summonses have been issued and investigations are ongoing against those who abuse the EB-1 visa program.
