Six Arrested in Gang Clash Over Drugs in Pokhara

On the night of Baisakh 22, around 9:30 PM, a gang fight broke out in the Baglung Bus Park area of Pokhara. The police have arrested six individuals suspected to be involved in the clash. Those taken into custody include 27-year-old Sujan Ale Magar, 23-year-old Rajesh Pariyar, 30-year-old Dipesh, also known as Dileram Gurung, 18-year-old Sujan Tamang, 25-year-old Rajkumar Tamang, and 20-year-old Liza Pun, all residents of Pokhara.

The arrests followed extensive police efforts after videos of the fight went viral on social media. Hari Basnet, Deputy Superintendent of Police for Kaski, stated that the primary cause of the clash was related to drug issues.
