Baal’s Commentary on RASWPA: Temporary Alliance of Chaotic Groups
April 12, Kathmandu – Ram Bahadur Thapa Baal, the parliamentary party leader of CPN UML, described RASWPA as a manifestation of confusion and contradictions. He expressed these views during the meeting of the House of Representatives held on Tuesday.
“RASWPA is not a party based on any consistent scientific ideology. It is a temporary alliance of highly ambitious, chaotic groups that emerged suddenly and unexpectedly,” Baal said.
He further explained that RASWPA’s philosophical foundation rests on eclecticism and politically opportunistic populism. “This is an extreme opportunistic and unstable tendency,” he commented. “It may appear very appealing on the surface, but in essence and results, it is very harmful,” he added. “It is a philosophy of illusion and contradiction. It is an attractive art of glamour and stunt.”
